Pilgrim Foodservice is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT team supporting users across the business. This is a hands-on 2nd line support role suited to someone confident troubleshooting more complex technical issues while remaining user-focused and proactive. You will work closely with the Infrastructure Lead and wider IT team across day-to-day support, maintenance, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line IT support across the business
- Act as an escalation point for 1st line support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Monitor systems and carry out routine maintenance
- Support user devices, accounts, and access management
- Assist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
