Compensation & OTE Management (fixed contract): 10–12 hours/week → Expected OTE of £19,500 (£5,200–£6,240 per year guaranteed salary plus commission). Management Responsibilities (approx 10‑12 hours per week):
- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
- Develop and manage the class timetable (26+ classes initially, expanding over time)
- Lead recruitment, training, and management of freelance instructors (initially 3–5)
- Design and implement program offerings and class structures
- Manage member onboarding and deliver regular 1:1 check‑ins
- Coordinate booking systems and studio software
- Maintain equipment and uphold studio standards
- Build and nurture a strong, connected community
- Report on studio performance and support operational systems for future sites
- Drive first‑year goals: create a high‑performing team, establish Bristol’s best Pilates reputation, and build scalable systems
Sales & Relationship Responsibilities (embedded within management time):

- Deliver high‑quality reformer Pilates classes on the timetable

What We’re Looking For / Essential Requirements:
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
