About Peachi Pilates

We’re launching Bristol’s number one reformer studio — a place of energy, togetherness, and health. This is the first location in what will become a multi-studio Pilates brand, with plans to open more studios over the next few years.

As an impactful member of the team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s growth. There may be opportunities for equity participation or profit-sharing in the future, subject to business performance and mutual agreement.

We’re looking for a Studio Manager who’s not only a talented instructor but a sales-focused relationship builder — someone who thrives on connecting with people, turning interest into memberships, and bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to growing a loyal community.

Our Vision: Build Bristol’s premier reformer Pilates destination in a state-of-the-art 2,500 sq ft facility featuring 10 reformers, a small group training space, and a dedicated 1:1 room.

What Sets Us Apart

  • The highest standard reformer studio space in Bristol
  • Prime location with excellent parking and transport links
  • Flexible memberships with regular 1:1 check-ins included
  • A timetable designed for busy professionals
  • A commitment to exceptional service and member care

This isn’t just a job — it’s a career pathway:

  • Be the founding Studio Manager of our flagship location
  • Potential for future equity participation or profit-sharing as the company expands, subject to agreement and performance
  • Clear progression to Head of Pilates across multiple locations as we grow
  • Shape the standards, culture, and systems that define our brand
  • Real opportunity for personal and professional development as the business scales

The Role Management Responsibilities (approx 10-12 hours per week)

  • Oversee daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
  • Develop and manage the class timetable (26+ classes initially, expanding over time)
  • Lead recruitment, training, and management of freelance instructors (initially 3–5)
  • Design and implement program offerings and class structures
  • Manage member onboarding and deliver regular 1:1 check-ins
  • Coordinate booking systems and studio software
  • Maintain equipment and uphold studio standards
  • Build and nurture a strong, connected community
  • Report on studio performance and support operational systems for future sites
  • Drive first-year goals: create a high-performing team, establish Bristol’s best Pilates reputation, and build scalable systems

Sales & Relationship Responsibilities (embedded within management time)

  • Lead taster sessions and confidently communicate the benefits of reformer Pilates to prospective members
  • Convert leads into active memberships through effective follow-up and strong personal connection
  • Develop and manage local marketing, events, and partnerships to drive membership growth
  • Implement and maintain lead tracking and conversion systems
  • Support and motivate the instructor team to promote memberships and retention
  • Work closely with the owner on growth strategy, retention goals, and sales performance targets

Teaching Responsibilities (9–12 hours/week, freelance at £40/hour)

  • Deliver high-quality reformer Pilates classes on the timetable
  • Set the standard for excellence and lead by example
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and feedback to instructors
  • Lead pre-opening training and team practice sessions
  • Embody our teaching values of care, quality, and personal attention

What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements

  • Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
  • Confident, engaging teaching style with strong presence and authority
  • Experience in leadership or mentoring instructors
  • Proven ability to drive sales, conversions, and member retention
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, professional, and proactive
  • Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
  • Passionate about Pilates, wellness, and community
  • Public liability insurance
  • DBS check (can be arranged)
  • First Aid certification (training provided if needed)

Preferred

  • Studio management or leadership experience
  • Experience with booking systems (Mindbody, Glofox, or similar)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and vision for scaling quality and culture

The Right Fit

Our ideal candidate connects with our target audience — women aged 25–65 who value fitness, connection, and self-care.

You’ll be confident initiating conversations, hosting taster sessions, and building authentic relationships that naturally convert into long-term memberships. You’ll create an environment that feels premium, positive, and inclusive — a space that people can’t wait to return to.

What We Offer

  • Excellent career progression with potential for future equity participation or profit-sharing as the business grows
  • Creative freedom to shape our brand identity, culture, and offerings
  • Monthly payment structure for both management and teaching hours
  • Be part of building something from the ground up with genuine growth potential
  • Work in Bristol’s most advanced reformer facility
  • Supportive, collaborative environment with ambitious goals

Timeline & Next Steps

  • First Interviews: Tuesday 28th October in Filton
  • Start Date: November 2025
  • Soft Launch: Second week of November
