Description: A well-established membrane manufacturing company based in Norfolk is looking for a Maintenance Planner technical and industrial clothing (including anti-static, viral barrier, fire- and chemical-retardant garments); and sports and leisure footwear and apparel.
The Role 36.25 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Assisting the Project Manager and working closely with the Engineering manager with administration, organisation, planning and scheduling of work on assets and systems, liaising with operational/Engineering functions within the business to provide support and maintain communication.
Point of contact for site servicing support for the team, across the 3 businesses on site, handle completion of activities from start to finish, raise purchase orders and work orders, as well as completing data entry for work programming and reports.
Support where appropriate the local Technicians with administration ensuring efficiency of maintenance is achieved.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Monitor inboxes and workflow queues and assist in dealing with short term to long term project deliveries and service contract.
Support the delivery of the site annual shutdown.
Maintain direct contact and organise contractors work, support them whilst on site,
