About the Position
We are selecting ambassadors for our new Pikolinos store in London, to join us in a process as exciting as the opening of a new store. We are looking for full‑time and part‑time ambassadors to work 40h / 20h.
Mission of the Sales Team
The selected team will act as Pikolinos ambassadors, being responsible for welcoming, assisting, advising and selling to customers.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Perform proactive customer service, identifying their needs and advising on the product that best suits them.
- Carry out loyalty actions in accordance with the company's policy.
- Collect payment for the product, verifying the authenticity of the different means of payment.
- Receive, implement and control product stocks in the shop by participating in the inventory.
- Participate in the achievement of all the KPI's defined for the shop.
