We are looking for ambassadors for our new Pikolinos store in London. We are looking for full-time and part-time ambassadors. The team selected will act as Pikolinos ambassadors, being responsible for welcoming, assisting, advising and selling to customers.
What will your day-to-day life be like?
- Perform a proactive customer service by identifying customers' needs and advising on the product that best suits them.
- Carry out loyalty actions according to the company's policy.
- Collect payment, verifying the authenticity of the different means of payment.
- Receive, implement and control product stocks in the shop by participating in inventory.
- Participate in the achievement of all KPIs defined for the shop.
What kind of people are we looking for?
- People with experience in the retail field; experience with footwear will be a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
