What do we need?
We are looking for an ambassador full time, for our Pikolinos store in London. The selected person will act as Pikolinos ambassador, being responsible for welcoming, assisting, advising and selling to customers.
What will your day-to-day life be like?
- Perform a proactive customer service being able to identify their needs and advise on the product that best suits them.
- Carry out loyalty actions in accordance with the company's policy.
- Collect payment for the product, verifying the authenticity of the different means of payment.
- Receive, implement and control product stocks in the shop by participating in the inventory.
- Participate in the achievement of all the KPI's defined for the shop.
What kind of people are we looking for?
- People with experience in the retail field, if you have worked with footwear it will be a plus.
- A person with an advanced level of English.
