The Pikolinos Group is looking for a Store Manager to join us in a process as exciting as the opening of a new store. As Store Manager of a Pikolinos shop, your main mission will be to plan, coordinate and manage the daily activities of the shop, in addition to leading the sales team.
To achieve this, these will be your main responsibilities:
- Manage the sales area autonomously.
- Selecting, coordinating, encouraging and training the team of sales assistants.
- Carrying out follow‑ups to ensure compliance with the objectives set in terms of sales figures, pricing policies, profitability, direct expenses, stock reliability, etc.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by complying with the procedures established by the customer service company.
- Guarantee compliance with the policies set by the head office in terms of product and merchandising.
- Propose communication campaigns in their area.

- Experience managing a sales area of at least 3 years.
- Ability to lead a work team and guide it towards the achievement of the KPIs.
