About the position we are looking for...
At Pikolinos Group we are selecting ambassadors for our new Pikolinos store in London, to join us in a process as exciting as the opening of a new store. We are looking for full-time and part-time ambassadors to work 40h / 20h.
What is the mission of the sales team?
The team selected will act as Pikolinos ambassadors, being responsible for welcoming, assisting, advising and selling to customers.
Would you like to be one of our ambassadors? This would be your day to day in our team:
- Perform a proactive customer service being able to identify their needs and advise on the product that best suits them.
- Carry out loyalty actions in accordance with the company's policy.
- Collect payment for the product, verifying the authenticity of the different means of payment.
- Receive, implement and control product stocks in the shop by participating in the inventory.
- Participate in the achievement of all the KPI's defined for the shop.
