Join the Clinical Team at All Saints Sub Acute. All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. If you are passionate about providing high-quality resident care and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment, as an RN at All Saints Sub Acute, you will provide direct nursing care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes and quality of life for our residents.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and physician orders.
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and medical emergencies.
  • Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants in providing quality resident care.
  • Communicate resident status and changes in condition to physicians, families, and appropriate members of the healthcare team.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, medications, and resident care.
  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
  • Follow infection-control procedures and all facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, independence, and comfort.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

  • Required: Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, sub-acute care, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with nursing staff.
  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to resident care.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered nursing care.
