Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with medication administration and support residents in maintaining their health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as directed and in accordance with facility policies
- Accurately document medication administration and resident responses
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- CNA license required
- MA-C required
- Experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
