Position Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care and supervising nursing assistants to ensure residents receive the highest level of care in accordance with their individualized care plans.
Weekday Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
