Orchard View Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. We have both full time and PRN opportunities available.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with improving strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
- Follow individualized treatment plans and document resident progress
- Communicate changes in resident condition or progress to the Occupational Therapist
- Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Help create a safe, encouraging, and resident focused therapy environment
Qualifications
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Idaho
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and resident focused approach to care
- Dependable, professional, and motivated
