Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our NOC Shift to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm and professional healthcare environment.

  • Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will help ensure residents receive the highest quality of care throughout the night.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
  • Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Provide assistance with meals and hydration as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
  • Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.

Qualifications

  • Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
  • Previous skilled nursing or sub-acute experience preferred, but not required.
