Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Orchard Post Acute – Fresno, CA – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Shifts available: AM | PM | NOC. Salary range: $18-$19 per hour.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
- Report any incidents or accidents during your shift
- Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
- Work within a 4‑on, 2‑off rotation schedule
- Valid California CNA license (required)
- Must pass pre‑employment background check and physical
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- A caring and dependable attitude
- Must be able to work full‑time on a 4‑2 rotation schedule
- Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts
