To further facilitate our expansion plans in the UK and US, we have an exciting opportunity for a Mid to Senior Level 3D Artist to join our studio in Huddersfield. You will be working on some of the most photorealistic CG work around in our relaxed studio. We are looking for someone who has studied Games, Architecture, Design, Art or Photography and is genuinely excited about creating photo‑real, detailed and accurate 3D models, materials and textures. The opening is an onsite, permanent position at our Huddersfield studio.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively liaise and collaborate with our in‑house design team.
- Excellent modelling, UV unwrapping and texturing skills.
- Ability to effectively light 3D interiors.
- Provide technical assistance to other artists.
- Up to date knowledge of current 3D techniques and processes.
- Passion for creating photoreal models and images.
Qualifications:
- Highly experienced in a 3D modelling package.
- At least 2 years of 3D experience.
- Experience creating and executing animations.
- Retouching / post‑production skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Substance Designer & Painter.
- Knowledge of photogrammetry production.
- Knowledge of Marvellous Designer or another cloth simulation package.
- Knowledge of image composition in Fusion, Corona and Photoshop.
