To further facilitate our expansion plans in the UK and US, we have an exciting opportunity for a 3D Artist to join our studio in Huddersfield. You will be working on some of the most photo-realistic CG work around in our relaxed studio. We are looking for someone who has studied Games, Architecture, Design, Art or Photography and gets genuinely excited about creating photo-real, detailed and accurate 3D models, materials and textures. The opening is an onsite, permanent position at our Huddersfield studio. We use 3DS Max, Corona, Fusion & Photoshop.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively liaise and collaborate with our in-house design team.
- Excellent modelling, UV unwrapping and texturing skills.
- Ability to effectively light 3D interiors.
- Provide technical assistance to other artists.
- Up to date knowledge of current 3D techniques and processes.
- Passion for creating photoreal models and images.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Experience creating and executing animations.
- Retouching / post production skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Substance Designer & Painter.
- Knowledge of photogrammetry production.
- Knowledge of Marvelous Designer or another cloth simulation package.
- Knowledge of image composition in Fusion, Corona and Photoshop.
