b Overview /b p In this role you will design and implement Pigment’s infrastructure to meet performance, scale, and reliability needs. You will work within the Engineering and SRE teams to keep the production platform available in real time as data volume and user demands grow. You will drive automation and observability across pipelines and collaborate on security aspects and overseas expansion. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends platform engineering with software development to deliver a robust SaaS platform. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and build scalable infrastructure to meet performance challenges and automate it /li li Ensure high availability and redundancy of the platform /li li Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability practices; participate in incident response /li li Support Pigments geographic expansion and overseas client onboarding /li li Collaborate with security on infra-related roadmap (code repositories, credentials) /li li Continuously improve development practices and pipelines through automation /li li Contribute to software development activities and read/write code; work with software engineers; be part of the SRE team /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience as software engineer and platform engineer; hands-on coding /li li Kubernetes experience; container orchestration /li li Experience with a public cloud provider (GCP a plus) /li li Proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby /li li Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, Jaeger) /li li English fluency /li li Team-oriented with problem-solving attitude and growth mindset /li /ul ul li team spirit /li li problem-solving attitude /li li humility /li li Kubernetes (GKE) /li li Terraform /li li PostgreSQL (CloudSQL, CloudNativePG) /li /ul
