About the Role: As a Senior Solution Innovation Specialist (Partner Enablement & SC Coaching), you will be the connective tissue between Pigment's internal presales excellence and our growing partner ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role that blends deep Pigment expertise with coaching, curriculum design, and field engagement.
What You'll Do:

Build scalable enablement content (videos, IPTs, guided demos) that partners can self-serve without requiring direct SIC involvement.
- PEW Development & Coaching: Bring PEW (Pigment Experience Workshop) frameworks into the SIC, maintaining and evolving them for both internal and partner use. Provide hands-on coaching to partner SCs on PEW delivery, best practices, and customer engagement techniques. Advise on Modeler Agent best practices for PoV and workshop builds.
- Internal SC Onboarding & Training: Act as a mentor and coach for new SC hires, guiding ramp on Pigment model building, demo skills, and presales methodology. Own the internal onboarding curricula, creating training content that accelerates time-to-productivity for new SCs. Deliver enablement sessions on new use cases, demo assets, and platform capabilities as they are released.
- Hands-On Deal Support: Provide direct deal support to partner SCs on complex opportunities, PoVs, and customer pilots. Join partner-led deals in the field as a Pigment SME, helping to navigate technical objections and model-building challenges. Build or co-build advanced PoVs alongside partner SCs to accelerate deal cycles.

- Autonomous & Accountable: Highly self-directed; able to own programmes end-to-end from design through delivery and measurement.
- Collaborative: Strong cross-functional communicator with experience influencing without direct authority.
