Key Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience in partner management, customer success and implementation.
- You get assigned a portfolio of partners. You manage their ramp, performance, & long term success: dedicating a fixed amount of time to assist in their active implementations.
- Organize & support their internal training.
- Monitor the progress of their implementations & report on it internally.
- Run the consultant's certification program, including trainings, assessments, and certifications.
- Act as the main point of contact for the qualification and initial training of new partners.
- Support the Partner Excellence Program through operational tasks, process improvements, and other initiatives: mostly training & reporting (in Pigment).
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Account Manager to align the sales strategy and the quality of partners' work.
Who you are:
- Leading experience in managing EPM or related implementations, ideally with a team of partners.
- Strong technical background (with experience in EPM ideally) or related products.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Experience in partner management, customer success, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
