Overview
Join Pigment as an Application Support Specialist where you will be the main contact for customers, diagnose and resolve product issues, and educate users to maximize Pigment adoption. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and education teams to improve processes and align the roadmap with customer needs. This role combines technical troubleshooting with exceptional service, in a fast-paced, global environment, at a company shaping business planning with AI.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Diagnose, replicate, and resolve product problems with engineering collaboration
- Educate customers and identify gaps to upskill users on Pigment
- Develop efficient cross-functional processes with internal teams
- Represent the voice of the customer to product and roadmap discussions
- Provide outstanding, award-winning customer service and experience
- Monitor customer health proactively with cross-team coordination
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to grow within the org
Key requirements
- Hands-on and proactive attitude with strong written and verbal communication
- Independent, empathetic, and accountable mindset
- Strong project management and on-time delivery capability
- Experience in application support, SaaS technical support, or FP&A/modeling roles
- Professional English and French proficiency
- Ability to work from the London/Paris office at least 3 days a week
