We're offering a great position for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the People team. If you’ve got a way with Human Resources in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you! Reporting directly to our Head of People, this role will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution.

Who You Are:

  • You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (8 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably of the North American market.
  • You have worked in a fast-growing and international environment.
  • You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy.
  • You are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple.
  • You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!

What You Will Do:

  • Upgrade our C&B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain our talents, notably by benchmarking our practices with the best-in-class Tech companies.
  • Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our strategy.
  • Manage our equity attributions.
  • Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness, while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind.
  • Regular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers, and handling relationships with them.
  • Deploy & manage the annual increases’ process worldwide in the Pigment Application.
  • Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflows.
  • Participate in global projects such as budget definition, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis.
