Due to growth within our Government Department portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Technology Transformation Director to support a major transformation programme within a highly regulated, science-led organisation.
This is an opportunity for someone who has built their career from a strong technical foundation into senior technology and transformation leadership, and who can move confidently between technology strategy, architecture, organisational change and executive-level decision-making.
What you'll be doing: Shaping technology strategy, target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned to organisational priorities.
Developing technology operating models, investment cases and strategic recommendations.
Providing senior leadership across complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes.
Advising and influencing executive stakeholders, challenging constructively and bringing clarity to complex decisions.
