Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies to deliver a "one team approach" for solving complex change across Government & Defence.
Due to continued growth across our Defence portfolio, we are currently looking for a team of 3 consultants with expertise in Shared Service Operating Models to join our team, for a project based in London. This team will vary between consultants with 2 - 5 years experience, up to 8 - 10+ years of experience.
Our consultants will leverage their operating model experience across areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, or Procurement, to assess current models and identify opportunities for improvement.
Please note that due to project sensitivities and timelines, our consultants must have active SC-Level or DV-Level Clearance.
Required experience:- Significant experience delivering shared services transformation programmes within defence, government, aerospace, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Demonstrated success transitioning services either: from decentralised operations into shared service centres; and/or from in-house delivery to outsourced managed service providers; and/or from one provider to another.
- Experience across areas including Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing etc.
- Strong understanding of operating model design.
