Pigment Consulting is a change and transformation consultancy specialising in the delivery of complex programs across Central Government, Defence, Utilities, and Transport. We work in partnership with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to drive and enable real change.

Due to continued success across our capital projects portfolio, we are currently seeking several Risk Consultants with strong experience in the water sector to join our team across geographically dispersed projects. You will look to embed robust risk management practices across a portfolio of water infrastructure programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project risk registers and management frameworks
  • Facilitate risk identification workshops and stakeholder reviews
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations)
  • Provide risk-informed insights to support project decision-making and planning
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure, trends, and mitigation effectiveness
  • Integrate risk management with cost and schedule controls
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards, governance, and regulatory requirements
Required Experience
  • Extensive experience within the water industry (clean water and/or wastewater)
  • Previous experience in capital projects
