Project Manager | 6-month contract | Inside IR35, £500 a day | Hybrid Pigment Consulting is a bold, disruptive, and collaborative digitally-enabled change and transformation consultancy. Fuelled by an urge to challenge the norm, we bring together an unrivalled solution to the change and transformation challenges across the UK Government, Defence Industry, Transport, Utility and Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) Sectors. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in construction within the water utilities industry, to join us for an initial 6-month contract. The Pigment Project Management Consultant will be responsible for achieving the overall budget and quality objectives of the project/programme of works. They will also ensure that the project schedule is established and maintained within prescribed schedule and budget parameters. Key responsibilities: Ensuring effective project governance and assurance is in place using Assurance functions as appropriate Assignment of competent project team resources Leading and motivating a team of professionals, setting objectives and goals Collaborative and integrated team working with Delivery Partners to maximise efficiency opportunities Procurement including negotiations with supply community Correctly capturing and maintaining compliance with the risk information in Programme Insight Manager Management of Risk and Change at project level Seeking approval of Change at project level Required skills: Experience in an infrastructure programme and project delivery environment in the water utilities industry Experience of delivering complex individual or groups of projects If you are currently looking for a new position and have the relevant experience, please apply promptly as this is a time sensitive programme, and we will be in touch!
