Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy, partnering collaboratively, specialising in the delivery of long-term, sustainable change across Government & Defence, Utilities, Transport, and Energy sectors.

Pigment are currently engaged in a large-scale, complex defence transformation program, with the purpose to ensure the UK's defence capabilities are fit for the future. Due to continued success within our maritime defence portfolio, we are currently expanding our Project and Programme Management capability to support this work.

Due to this program's complexities, our consultants must have previous experience with submarines, and will be needed in Barrow-In-Furness more often than not, with the working pattern likely being 3 - 5 days a week on-site consistently for the long-term duration of the project.

Our consultants will also be required to hold an SC or DV-Level Clearance due to project sensitivities.

If you'd like to know more, please apply directly and one of our team will be in touch to discuss.
