Pigment Consulting is a bold and disruptive digitally-enabled transformation consultancy delivering impactful change across Central Government, Defence, Utilities, and Transport. Purpose-built to collaborate, we partner with other consultancies to provide blended one-team solutions to solve complex change across both public and private sectors.

Due to continued success across our defence portfolio, we are currently expanding our capability for director-level Project Controls consultants. Our Consultant will be part of a critical and key piece of work, supporting a strategic initiative to improve our client's infrastructure and digital capabilities in order to improve their ability to deliver current and future projects.

We are seeking Director-level consultants who have experience in complex public sector Controls strategy within defence, ideally within maritime or submarine environments.

Due to the criticality of this work, our team will be working on a hybrid basis as project dictates, with the possibility of working some weeks fully on-site and some weeks fully remote.

Due to the sensitivity of our work, our consultant must have at least SC Clearance and be a Sole UK National.
