We’re looking for a dynamic Oracle Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join Pigment Consulting’s high-performing Oracle Cloud HCM team. This is a critical role in helping our Defence clients reimagine and execute modern reward and benefits programmes using Oracle’s cutting-edge technology.

Working alongside our Reward Lead, you’ll translate detailed designs into a prototype solution, readying the programme for a future build and handover phase. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience and strong reward process knowledge.

What you\’ll do:

• Configure Oracle Compensation and Benefits to align with agreed detailed design
• Develop and document prototypes to support handover into the Phase 3 build
• Work directly with stakeholders to align functional outputs with business need
• Ensure reward processes (e.g. allowances, grades, bonus plans) are accurately mapped
• Provide technical insight and validate system behaviour against user scenarios

What you’ll bring:

• Deep experience with Oracle Cloud Compensation and Benefits configuration
• Strong grasp of public sector or Defence-grade reward structures and constraints
• Ability to produce high-quality design and prototype documentation
• Technically confident in Oracle HCM modules and configuration
• Experience working in secure environments;
