We are currently seeking an experienced Operating Model Consultant to support a major transformation programme within our transport portfolio.
Our Op Model Consultant will play a key role in defining and implementing the target operating model, working closely with senior stakeholders across business, operational, technology and transformation functions. You will help translate strategic objectives into practical operating models.
Key experience:
- Strong Operating Model / Target Operating Model experience
- Proven transformation and organisational design background
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Transport experience highly desirable
- Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills
