Role: Capital Delivery Strategy & Execution Consultant
Location: UK-Based - hybrid across England and South Wales
Day rate: £600 - £750 a day inside IR35 DOE (+ expenses)
Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We specialise in large-scale, complex transformation programmes across Government, Defence, Policing, Utilities & Transport.
We are seeking an experienced Capital Delivery Strategy & Execution Consultant to shape and drive high-level asset construction strategies across our utilities portfolio. Please note that this is not a standard project management scheduling or delivery role. As such, our consultant must have previous experience of shaping the strategy for capital delivery, and translating this into actionable goals that are utilised by the Project Management and delivery team.
- Evaluate schedules, procurement strategies, and delivery frameworks for infrastructure projects.
- Write and review business cases to ensure alignment with budget and regulatory standards.
- Design and implement delivery models for high-value physical infrastructure projects across electricity.
