Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies to deliver a 'one team approach' for solving complex change across sectors including Central and Local Government, Defence and National Security, Transport, and Finance.

We are building a high-performing ServiceNow team, consisting of Functional Consultants, ServiceNow Developers, Technical Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to deliver across complex programmes in our Public Sector portfolio.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting our partners through changing and evolving requirements, helping to establish and strengthen internal capability for the future, while contributing to knowledge sharing and team collaboration throughout each project.

We are interested in speaking further with pro-active consultants with an initial 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience who have proven experience in supporting workshops and discovery sessions, where building relationships and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders comes naturally. Working as part of the team and being keen on collaboration is also key.

If you have experience working in the public sector, defence, or other regulated environments, this would be an ideal opportunity for you to develop.

As a Pigment ServiceNow consultant, you must hold either active DV / Developed Vetting clearance or SC / Security Clearance with the ability to obtain DV.

Why Pigment? You'll work across high impact, complex programmes where your work matters. At Pigment, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do; we value people who can challenge and deliver, while working seamlessly across a blended delivery team.
