Job Description
Capital Projects Requirements Lead | SC-Cleared | UK-wide locations | £500 - £800 a day Inside IR35 DOEPigment is a change and transformation consultancy.
We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to deliver a 'one team approach' for solving complex change programmes.
We are seeking a Requirements Lead to join the team, to define, capture, and validate business and operational requirements for defence capital infrastructure programmes.
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and documentation of requirements generation and project scoping workshops with defence stakeholders.
Support the development of project scope, success criteria, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies to ensure a clear and agreed project baseline.
Engage with military users, estate representatives, engineering teams, commercial specialists, and programme stakeholders to build consensus and resolve conflicting requirements.
Produce high-quality requirements documentation.
Identify risks, issues, gaps, and opportunities arising during the requirements definition process and provide recommendations for resolution.
Support the preparation of Strategic Outline Cases (SOC), Outline Business Cases (OBC), Full Business Cases (FBC).
Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of defence capital infrastructure programmes essential.
Understanding of project governance, business case development, and infrastructure assurance processes.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities within a regulated or complex organisational environment.
Due to project sensitivities, our consultants must have active and valid SC-Level Clearance.
