We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to solve complex change across sectors including Defence and National Security, Central and Local Government, Transport, and Utilities.
We are seeking an experienced Business Integration Lead to support the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Our consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technology delivery teams, ensuring that business processes, operating models, and organisational readiness are aligned with the MES solution.
Key Responsibilities Lead business integration activities throughout the MES implementation lifecycle.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into business process improvements.
Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and drive stakeholder alignment.
Develop and execute business change strategies, including communications and training coordination.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and deployment readiness.
Assist with cutover planning and transition into business-as-usual operations.
Monitor adoption and identify continuous improvement opportunities following implementation.
Required Experience Proven experience delivering MES implementation programmes from a business integration or business transformation perspective.
Experience working with electricity, energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.
Strong understanding of operational business processes, maintenance operations, production or field operations.
Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder groups across business and technology functions.
Experience facilitating workshops and documenting business requirements and process improvements.
