Job Description

Defence Capital Projects Capability Lead | SC-Cleared | UK-wide locations | £500 - £800 a day Inside IR35 DOEPigment is a change and transformation consultancy.

We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to deliver a 'one team approach' for solving complex change programmes.

We are seeking a Defence Capital Projects Capability Lead to join our team, leading the development of future capabilities required to successfully deliver defence capital programmes.

Key Responsibilities Lead capability assessments across defence capital programmes to identify strengths, as well as improvement opportunities.

Develop capability improvement strategies and implementation plans aligned to defence priorities.

Facilitate workshops to identify capability needs and improvement opportunities with senior stakeholders.

Support the development of business cases and investment proposals for capability enhancement initiatives.

Required Experience Experience supporting or leading capability development within defence capital programmes and identifying opportunities to improve delivery performance.

Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders to define capability needs.

Experience enhancing programme delivery capability by developing strategic recommendations, Due to project sensitivities, our consultants must have active and valid SC-Level Clearance.
