Day rate: £600 - £750 a day inside IR35 DOE (+ expenses)
Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We specialise in large-scale, complex transformation programmes across Government, Defence, Policing, Utilities & Transport.
We are seeking an experienced Capital Delivery Strategy & Execution Consultant to shape and drive high-level asset construction strategies across our utilities portfolio. Please note that this is not a standard project management scheduling or delivery role. Instead, you will focus on defining how capital is deployed, and structuring the execution frameworks. As such, our consultant must have previous experience of shaping the strategy for capital delivery, and translating this into actionable goals that are utilised by the Project Management and delivery team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate schedules, procurement strategies, and delivery frameworks for infrastructure projects.
- Create construction milestones by converting high-level capital delivery plans into actionable targets.
- Write and review business cases to ensure alignment with budget and regulatory standards.
- Design and implement delivery models for high-value physical infrastructure projects across electricity.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, steering investment decisions and operational setups.
