Pigment Consulting is a bold, digitally-enabled transformation consultancy delivering impactful change across the public sector. As we expand our work on a new public service implementation, we are seeking an SC-Cleared Dynamics CRM Functional Designer with strong Dynamics CRM configuration experience, capable of shaping and delivering intuitive user-centric CRM capabilities that enhance customer contact services. You’ll play a key role in translating business requirements into CRM configurations, working closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to bring the solution to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure CRM modules (entities, forms, business rules, views, dashboards).
- Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate into user stories and CRM capabilities.
- Provide configuration walk-throughs and support knowledge transfer.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across the functional design.
- Support sprint planning and participate in design reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong functional understanding of CRM capabilities and public-facing service delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
