West Midlands Hybrid Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies to deliver a 'one team approach' for solving complex change across sectors including Local and Central Government, Transport, Finance, Defence and National Security.
We are building a high-performing commercial team to support our Local Government partner who are investing in a new structure for Procurement and Contracts. This is not a delivery-focused project, and our consultants will be required to have a dynamic and forward-thinking review mindset, producing structured strategic outputs to help build this new Procurement and Contract by leading and supporting the development of commercial contract management best practice to drive commercial outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our partner through changing and evolving requirements, ensuring effective management of the outsourced solution, and helping to establish and strengthen internal capability for the future. Holding strong experience within local government authorities is hugely advantageous.
