We are expanding our work within the energy and infrastructure sectors, supporting the management and optimisation of long-term, high-value contracts that underpin critical national services. As a result, we are looking for experienced Commercial & Contract Management Specialists to join our team, ensuring commercial effectiveness, risk mitigation, and supplier accountability across complex supply chains.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for contract governance, supplier performance, and commercial risk management across essential infrastructure programmes. Working in a highly regulated environment, you will support contractual oversight, financial controls, and procurement compliance, ensuring that multi-million-pound agreements deliver against strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract performance, ensuring compliance with commercial terms, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolving disputes, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead contract amendments, renegotiations, and variation processes to align with evolving programme needs.
- Ensure robust financial, commercial, and operational governance across high-value contracts.
- Engage with key stakeholders, procurement teams, and commercial leads to optimise contract outcomes.
