At Piglet in Bed, we\’re on a mission to become the home of long-lasting, natural comfort. Dreamt up in 2017 from our Founder Jess’ Mother’s garden shed in West Sussex, Piglet in Bed began with a simple idea: the best homes aren’t perfect, they’re personal. What started as a small collection of linen bedding has grown to include new fabrics and unmistakably ‘Piglet’ designs, complemented by our curated selection of sleepwear and homewares. The Role
As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer at Piglet in Bed, you\’ll play a pivotal role in developing and evolving our brand\’s visual identity. You\’ll work closely with our Marketing team to develop beautiful imagery for our website, social media platforms and stores. This role will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting creative projects, including packaging design, high-impact advertisements, and out-of-home campaigns.

Hours: Full-time
Annual salary: £40,000
Location: Hybrid working – with a minimum of 3 days/week in our London (Vauxhall) office
What you\’ll be getting up to
Brand Identity & Guidelines
- You’ll support the development and refinement of Piglet in Bed’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll help to maintain and update brand guidelines.
Design Support
- You’ll collaborate with our Art Director & Stylist on design strategy, assisting with the execution of key campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Packaging Design
- You’ll work on packaging designs for our new product launches, ensuring they reflect our brand ethos and stand out in the market.
Ad campaigns
- You’ll contribute to the conceptualisation and execution of bold, high-impact ads.
Digital & Print Collateral
- You’ll create on-brand assets for various channels including the website, physical stores, direct mail, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
Collaborative Design
- You’ll partner with teams across the business to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions, supporting the creative vision set by senior leadership.
Research & Trends
- You’ll stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform design work and maintain a fresh, innovative approach.
About You
- You’ll be as excited about our products as we are!
- You’ll be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- You’ll have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
- You’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- You’ll have a passion for interiors, homeware, and creating beautiful, impactful designs that resonate with our customers.
Essential
- You’ll have 3+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within a consumer brand or agency setting.
- You’ll have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, packaging, and campaign design.
- You’ll have experience leading design projects from concept to execution, with a keen eye for detail.
- You’ll have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- You’ll have animation and illustration experience.
