Role Overview
Drive profitable growth across genetics, service and product sales through effective leadership of the Sales and Service team.

You Will
- Provide professional leadership, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve annual sales targets within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across the region.
- Lead the sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, and goal setting to drive success.
- Take accountability for financial management within your region, ensuring services are delivered within budget and aligned with financial plans, including cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Support the Regional Service Manager in onboarding new customers and regularly reviewing profitability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, and Health & Safety.
Requirements
- Experience in the genetics industry, with a background in operational delivery or the sales of genetic products to farmers.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and developing teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred but not essential – Degree in relevant related specialism (e.g. Agriculture)
