We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team focused on working for the Finance product team, acting as the main link between Finance stakeholders and agile IT teams. You will own the product backlog, prioritise improvements, and ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and user needs.
You Will
- Define and maintain the Finance product roadmap
- Prioritise backlog items for maximum business value
- Gather requirements from Finance stakeholders
- Ensure delivered features meet quality and audit standards
- Drive process improvements and support change management
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Finance/ERP
- Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial controls
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or similar ERP
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
Preferred
- CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification
- Foundation-level finance accreditation (e.g., AAT Level 2/3)
