Description: Pierson Ferdinand UK LLP (“PierFerd UK”) actively seeks Partner-level candidates in our London office across our Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Employment Departments. PierFerd UK is a limited liability partnership registered in England, practising from 1 King William Street London EC4N 7BJ. PierFerd UK is connected with its affiliate in the United States, Pierson Ferdinand LLP, although they are two separate legal entities. The word “partner” denotes a member of PierFerd UK or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. Collectively, PierFerd is a legal innovation leader. Our January 2024 opening was widely reported as the largest law firm launch in U.S. history. We opened our London office in July 2024. As a tech-driven, full-service international law firm, our 200+ lawyers come from top law firms, including Magic Circle-ranked, regional and boutique law firms, government careers, and senior in-house counsel roles. We provide excellent legal counsel and representation in more than 80+ practice areas to clients worldwide from 20+ key markets in the UK and US. Qualifications: Partner candidates should have a minimum of seven (7) years prior legal experience practising in either a large law firm environment (Magic/Silver Circle, Am Law, or Law360-ranked firm), regional or boutique firms, UK government, or senior in-house role. Candidates must be admitted in England and Wales and have a minimum portable book of ÂŁ320,000. Candidates must take ownership over their matters, be highly responsive, practise proactively, and place an emphasis on ethics.
