Overview

Piersland House Hotel is a family-owned 4 Silver Star rosetted hotel in Troon, Ayrshire, with a long-standing reputation for warm hospitality and excellent service. This is a full-time on-site role for a hands-on Deputy General Manager located in Troon. The Deputy General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high hospitality standards. Responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and supporting the general manager in all aspects of hotel management.
