Job Description

Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking for a band 6 Occupational Therapist to work in Bishop Auckland.

  • Band 6 Occupational Therapist
  • Community work, rehabilitation/reablement
  • Treatment planning and discharging from Intermediate Care Beds
  • Provision of equipment (manual handling experience essential)
  • Supervision of junior staff.
  • Car driver essential- required to carry items of equipment in car
  • Knowledge of common conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, MSK, COPD and falls
