Join our team as a Social Worker for a rewarding 12-week temporary placement supporting adult social care within NHS Trust locations.
Location: Union House, Torquay & Kings Ash House, Paignton
Contract: 12-week temporary placement
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by conducting adult social care assessments and support planning, working within NHS community social care offices in Torquay and Paignton.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting adult social care assessments and support planning (S.9)
- Mental capacity and safeguarding assessments (S.42)
- Risk assessments and carers assessments
