Join our dedicated Stroke Therapy Team in Brighton and make a difference in patients’ lives from the moment of acute diagnosis. About the Role: We are seeking a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our expert team in providing care for patients with an acute stroke diagnosis. This role focuses on delivering exceptional therapy in the Emergency Department (ED) and Acute Assessment Unit (AAU). Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat patients with acute stroke diagnoses in line with national stroke guidelines. Deliver early treatment for stroke, including working with patients receiving thrombolysis and thrombectomy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Support patients and families during the acute phase of stroke recovery, offering advice and tailored interventions.
