Your mission

  • Guarantee satisfaction and confidence of external clients (healthcare professionals, patients/consumers).
  • Ensure that responses given to requests from healthcare professionals, patients/consumers are relevant, validated and of good quality.
  • Conduct scientific monitoring that is regular and efficient (active ingredients, components, physio-pathology).
  • Provide a validated, up-to-date and relevant knowledge base for the scope (standardised answers, literature, recommendations, expert opinions, etc.) and devise standardised answers documented on the basis of all available internal and external data (literature, recommendations, etc.).
  • Manage client requests for information respecting deadlines: healthcare professionals, patients & consumers, etc. (client satisfaction, answers which are documented and referenced).
  • Prepare for new product launches (standardised answers, feedback).
  • Facilitate business continuity (back-up in case of absence, prioritisation of tasks).
