Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

Join our dynamic Business Unit as our coordinator!
You will be the backbone of the team – organising and co‑ordinating to ensure we all excel at delivering our strategy and growth targets.
You will report directly to the Business Unit Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while working with a portfolio of iconic dermo‑cosmetic brands.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility are organised into four main categories.
- Administration tasks
- Support with calendar organisation and meeting room booking.
- Lead PO management – raising, tracking and ensuring timely receipt and payment.
- Maintain the product sample tracker, ensuring all samples are accounted for and stay within budget.
- Manage the customer service inbox, responding to consumer queries and seeking advice where needed.
- Lead the product information management system, collating all product data and images for easy extraction by e‑retailers.
- Digital & Influencer Marketing tasks
- Assist with product send‑outs.
- Support the digital team with drafting and editing newsletters for Eau Thermale Avène, ensuring brand tone and accuracy.
- Manage Bazaarvoice sampling activity, including product allocation, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Brand Management Tasks
- Act as the internal voice of the marketing team in Reading and on the corporate website, announcing key milestones and events.
- Organise all marketing events and meetings, ensuring they are engaging and motivating for the wider business.
- Sales Team tasks
- Complete and submit new line forms for retailers on behalf of the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate logistics for retailer meetings – booking rooms, arranging refreshments, and ensuring all materials and samples are delivered in advance.
- New Agency Collaboration
- Project‑manage the due‑diligence process for new agencies, coordinating multiple stakeholders to enable onboarding.
- Lead completion of ad‑hoc compliance forms for departments.
- Onboard new agencies – coordinate training and foster a welcoming environment.
- Manage staff product orders from intake to fulfilment and tracking.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the marketing and sales teams.
- Order and maintain stock of office stationery and supplies.
- Culture

The Ideal Candidate
Skills & Experience
- Act as a central point of contact for operational queries across marketing and sales.
- Self‑starter, solution‑oriented, highly organised, detail‑orientated, pro‑active.
- Experience or strong interest in marketing, brand management or sales.
- Efficiently manage and prioritise multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving with a keen eye for detail.
- Thriven in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is a plus.
- Passion for developing a high‑trust, highly collaborative team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent higher education qualification.
