Your Mission

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing channel, and to make a lasting impact. You will manage partnerships with our eCommerce partners, responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth, profit targets and best‑in‑class Digital Shelf. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and strong relationship‑building skills to drive profitable Net Revenue growth and outperformance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust customer strategy including eJBPs aligned with UK business objectives.
  • Drive net revenue growth, market share expansion, and achievement of profit targets.
  • Identify business development opportunities to stretch beyond the target.
  • Maximise brand visibility and sell‑out growth through planning and activating best‑in‑class online activation, promotion, and merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance & supply chain to ensure operational readiness and sell‑through.
  • Partner closely with marketing to activate retail media campaigns to drive traffic, conversion and ROI.
  • Management of assortment, distribution, forecasting, pricing and category development initiatives.
  • Track, report and analyse sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and ROI to inform decision making.
  • Monitor competitor activity including online activations to adapt strategy as needed.

Who You Are

Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience

  • Strong track record in B2B eCommerce management, ideally within beauty, skincare, FMCG.
  • Experience of managing THG accounts (Look Fantastic and Cult Beauty) and Amazon (experience in Amazon is a must have).
  • Proven success in achieving sales, market share, and profit targets.
  • In depth understanding of key levers to drive eCommerce performance on and off‑site.
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical, forecasting and financial skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
